ABOUT MELISSA ADAMS

I'm a fitness trainer, with an accredited Sports Management

Diploma, a certificate in health and fitness and a certificate in

Nutrition. I have worked successfully with clients from all walks

of life in their unique health and wellness journeys.


An avid public speaker on the topic of maximising your

lifestyle. I am also in the corporate financial sector holding a

management position, holding a BCOM degree in Business

Management and in the process of completing my Post Grad

.

I firmly believe that everyone is blessed with special gifts and

talents and when this is maximised you can get the best you!

you will actually be amazed at what you can achieve once you

have maxed on your potential.

This being discovered after 18 years of living a defeated life

with Lupus, now in the best and most healthiest shape of her

life, understanding that we are overcomers if we believe in

ourselves, You have a right to live a maxed lifestyle and enjoy

every second of it.

I haven't always been this crazy about a healthy lifestyle.

When I landed up in hospital 4 times in one year with the

same symptoms and no diagnosis on what it is and what the

cause is. I then decided to follow an eating and exercise plan

(with the help of a trainer), to see if my circumstances will

change, this was the game changer. 2016 was a step up for

me, with a waistline of 98cm, I was determined to drop this

and get my body back (pre-baby).


A very tough journey I must say, undoing all the habits that has

been my lifestyle. We are in 2018 and I have not once been

hospitalized in this time, I’m healthy and energetic and I am

more confident, it feels as though I have a new lease on life

all because I made the decision to commit to a healthy lifestyle.

One of my favourite quotes; “Without struggle, there is no

progress”


Today I wear the evidence ( waistline of 73cm) of how a

changed mind and an adjustment of will power can lead to a

"Maxed Me", Body, soul, and spirit!


I am also passionate about the family unit orientating around

nurturing a healthy lifestyle.

I started Maxed Me, for you! I believe that you like me, are

able to cross over the barrier of inconsistency, failed attempts

and unrealised goals.


I aim to walk a journey with you, keeping you accountable.

Together we will find the best health solution for you,

something that is unique to your body make up and lifestyle

because there is no one size fits all plan, each of us are

unique and have different needs. Part of my goal is to help you

understand what works for you, help you implement it and

walk with you till you see tangible results.
