So, we are in December right? we tend to go off the rails in this time. Granted, it is a time to relax, enjoy, celebrate for your hard work throughout the year, don't throw 6 months of hard work down the drain in 2 weeks. GOLDEN RULE: MODERATION

A couple of tips

  1. Moderation - In terms of not turning your holi-days into holi-months! don't throw your routine out for more than a couple of days
  2. Don't show up to a party hungry - my plans consist of 5-6 meals a day, in that, have a snack before going to a party, fruit veggies with hummus even some nuts even a protein shake can delay your hunger cries
  3. Hydrate, hydrate - this should go without saying! 2-3 litres of water as a minimum
  4. Exercise - you don't need a gym to do minimum exercise routines, a minimum of 5 minutes a day doing body weight training - plank, push ups. crunches, squats, jumping jacks.
